Talk about ongoing care ↗

Prices shown are the total service prices, including any applicable VAT. Ongoing care starts at £894 for the initial review and first month, then £599 per month. No payment is taken here; we agree the scope and start date first.

Useful work. Even in a quiet month.

No issues found is a good result when you know what was checked. You receive a clear report covering the agreed tests, evidence, repairs, outstanding issues and next priorities. We don’t invent faults to fill a report.

Example monthly update

Checked: the agreed product, basket and checkout journeys on mobile and desktop.

Found: no faults in those checks.

Improved: made delivery information clearer beside the buy button.

Next: check the upcoming promotion before launch, replacing one scheduled check.

The right amount of support.

After the first three months, we review whether ongoing care still fits. If your shop needs less attention, I’ll say so. Occasional paid reviews or one-off fixes may suit you better.

You can cancel before any monthly renewal. The three-month review is a conversation about value, not a minimum contract.

Who’s checking the shop?

Your marketer brings people in. Your shop needs to make it easy for them to buy.

I work alongside your existing team, checking product choices, mobile layouts, pop-ups, discounts and the journey to checkout. If something gets in the way, you have someone to help deal with it.

This is practical Shopify support and customer journey improvement. Advertising management and marketing campaigns aren’t part of the service.

What your £295 review gives you

We agree the buying journeys and devices first. You receive a written review with screenshots or clear reproduction steps for findings, their likely effect on the customer, and a practical priority order.

I’ll separate faults from improvement ideas, record what worked in the checks, and quote any repairs separately. You can use the findings yourself, pass them to your existing developer or ask me to help.

The useful details

What counts as a small fix?

One contained fault in an existing feature: for example, a mobile overlay covering the buy button, or an existing product option that stops updating correctly. The £195 covers reproducing the agreed fault, making the repair and checking the affected buying journey. I confirm that the issue fits this scope before you pay; larger or open-ended investigations are quoted separately.

If it turns out to be a simple setting you can change yourself, I’ll tell you. A trivial request shouldn’t become an unnecessary £195 job.

What happens in a weekly stress test?

We work through the agreed buying journeys as customers would: changing options, adding items, editing the basket, using relevant offers and reaching checkout on agreed browsers and devices. We include awkward combinations and repeat steps where they expose faults. These are functional journey tests, not a traffic-load or security penetration test. Any test orders are agreed in advance.

What does the monthly audit add?

We investigate a priority part of the shop in more depth, using the weekly findings, recent changes and available customer evidence. You receive specific recommendations, their reasoning and an agreed improvement plan. It might focus on product choices, mobile usability, collection browsing or the basket.

How do included fixes work?

We agree the work, priorities and realistic scope for the month. Covered repairs and improvements are included in the monthly price, without a fixed two-task quota. Substantial new features, rebuilds and third-party costs are quoted separately before you commit.

What happens if you find a bigger problem?

I explain the issue and the next step. Repairs and improvements within the agreed care scope are included. Larger developments, rebuilds and new integrations receive a separate quote before extra work starts. Some faults need the app provider or Shopify to resolve them.

Can checks follow a promotion or a change?

Yes. With notice and an agreed date, a focused check before a promotion or after a theme or app change can replace one of the scheduled checks. Extra checks and larger changes are scoped separately.

What if nothing is broken?

You still receive a record of the checks. We agree useful improvements within your care scope, and record why they matter. Work is agreed by scope and priority, not an unlimited development allowance.

How quickly will things be fixed?

A buying-blocking fault takes priority over routine improvements. Tell me the affected page, what fails and when it started. We agree support hours, contact arrangements and response expectations before care starts; a repair time depends on the cause. Out-of-hours support is only available by prior arrangement, not automatic 24-hour cover.

Can I cancel ongoing care?

Yes. It is billed monthly in advance, with no long-term contract. Cancel before your next renewal to stop the next payment; care continues until the end of your paid month. The initial review is a separate one-off service.

Are there any other costs?

The initial review is £295 and ongoing care is £599 a month. Paid apps, licences and larger projects are separate and agreed before purchase or work begins. Shopify subscriptions remain your responsibility. WordPress and in-store work are quoted separately.

Will this improve my conversion rate?

Removing a broken or confusing step can help existing visitors buy. Where data is available, we review it in context. Sales also depend on traffic, products, pricing and seasonality, so there is no guaranteed uplift.
